Project Management
Greg Stanley and Associates can provide project management services. We encourage a phased, iterative approach, with reviews and prototypes used as milestones. Each phase is started only upon successful completion of earlier phases. A typical phase in a larger project includes scoping of requirements, prototyping with reviews, design, implementation, and a final review.
